It looks like a bunch of watermelons on a rotiserrie or something? Do tell...what is it?
I'll give you a hint - the watermelons are behind it and you're on the right track with the idea of a rotisserie. Think about what New Mexico is famous for... (ok, so maybe two hints).
Ah, so its a roaster or whatever for chili peppers!
